In spring thousands of flowers, hundreds of bushes and trees are bedded out in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. All the citizens take part in this social activities: teachers, workers, engineers, pensioners, People’s Artists of Russia, politicians, traders. There’s no more exciting thing then turning the city into the blossoming garden.
